I need a new website. I need you to design and build my online store. I need to build an online website with the following characteristics: 1. Great mobile and PC functionality 2. Allow other vendors to post and sell their own products after approval. I would like to set up product pre-qualification criteria 3. Be able to integrate dropshipping options 4. Membership options with email management 5. Report section that collects data about traffic, buying habits, and segregate products by by sale and views 6. Option for secondary shipping. I would like to be ble to have people, who are unable to receive products from Amazon due their location, use this option to receive products from Amazon. My budget is a bit low, given this is a project in its infancy. As a result, I would want a person who is very passionate about their quality of work and willing to be flexible. We may have to chat a few time to define more features or discuss options
