This Project requires a simple start to ongoing work.
The first phase is a responsive web based application, that allows for multiple users to share information, carry out a testing program and for users selected by an admin to view the results of the testing criteria.
USERS:

FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE:
Admin:
1. register any type of user
2. view/edit list of users and user details
3. Create a testing criteria comprising of a range of fields, comprising of values that admin enters or a "contributor user" enters.
4. Save Testing Criteria as a template.
5. Apply a testing criteria to a client, assign it a date and period over which it is carried out.
6. Fulfil and carry out entries of values, in that testing schedule
7. Grant an Agent user access to view a testing schedule. Check an element of a testing schedule to be made available to a list of registered agents, who can view a testing schedule of a client.
8. Create a new testing schedule with a new commencement date and period of completion.
9. Assign a user a rating based on fulfilment of the testing schedule completed by the client.
10. Assign which registered contributors can carry out testing criteria on the client for the schedule based on its date and period assigned. Edit remove contributors.
11. Message any type of user through an internal message service
12. Send web to mobile SMS, through a 3rd party provided API [from SMS provider]
13. View all messages from all types of users used in the messaging service.
14. Send notifications by email to the users private email, that they have new activity or tasks to view, and to login to take action.
Client:
1. View and edit fields in their profile [photo, address, mobile, email etc]
2. Login, password retrieval
3. Message admin, message agent, message contributor, through internal messaging service.
4. Free 14 day trial
5. Upgrade to a paid account [montly, quartlery, 6 mostly, annually]
6. Review contributor
Agent:
1. login and password retrieval
2. edit profile information
3. view clients profile information available by criteria
4. carry out messaging
5. store documents in relation to dealings with the client [contracts, proposals, offers, photos, video etc]
6. have a free account, limited function
7. upgrade to a monthly/quarterly/6 monthly/annual paid account [14 day free trial]
8. View job requests from hirers
9. Send job details to clients
Contributors:
1. login and password retrieval
2. view assignments sent by admin
3. view requests to test by agents
4. enter in values into a testing schedule created and available that has been assigned to a client
5. upload photos and video for testing schedules carried out on a client
6. use messaging service
8. 14 day free trial, upgrade to a paid account
9. Create a bill/invoice to send to a client or agent for a testing schedule carried out. simply have all records kept. Payments are carried out separately through internet banking etc for now.
10. receive ratings and reviews from clients and agents on services rendered.
Hirer:
1. login and password retrieval
2. view clients and their ratings
3. view agents and their ratings
4. submit a job request to an agent
5. view recommendations provided by agents on available clients for a job
6. messaging service with agent and admin
7. 14 day free trial, upgrade to a paid account.
