Recurring Payment Processing System

We are looking for a developer to develop a software for One time payment processing and Recurring Payment Processing Service. The bigger picture of this project is customers buy a service from our clients, and they can either make one time payment when the payment is due, or schedule a recurring payment. There are three main players in this project our company, our clients, and customers. Our Company: I am looking for two main portals for us, 1. Admin portal 2. Agent Portal Admin Portal: -Admin should be able to register Clients to our website -Admin should be able to configure different business rules for different clients -Also in Admin portal we would like to see a dashboard and a table to view numbers related to our clients and fees. Agent Portal: -Agent should be able login to any of its clients to provide customer support, and they should be able to perform all functions(plus more) that a client could perform. Clients: For clients we are looking for 5 main screens. 1. Registration 2. Control Panel 3. Payment Processing Form 4. Dashboard and Table 5. Detailed records -Registration: Clients should also be able to register at our site by providing there personal information, and also the banking information where the payments should be received, -Control Panel: Here clients could manage there personal information (business name, logo, store policies..) and also the banking information where the payments should be received, -Payment Processing Form: Form where Client enters information regarding product/service sold, and the payment information of the customer. -Dash Board and Tables: On this page clients should be able to see information related to there customers, items sold, payment status (received/balance/scheduled/paidinfull) -Detailed Records: when a Client clicks on one of the records in the Table (mentioned above), they should be taken to a detailed summary page where they can see more information about that sale in detail, and there they should be given an option to pay off some balance if the customer is paying cash for one of the billing cycle. Customers: - As soon as the purchase is made customer should be provided with account creation information via email where the user name is there email that they have entered in the Payment Processing Form, and they could click on a link in the email to setup there password. In the same email customer should also be provided with the information about the purchase made, other Payment related information and also Store's Policies. - Customer should be notified via email for Payment Reminder (before payment due date) - When customer logs in to their account they should see a summary of the purchase they have made, Payment Processing information and store's policies. - Customer should be notified via email when 1. Item is purchased 2. before the payment is due as a payment reminder, 3. when the payment is made either through recurring payment or one time payment. -In case an existing customer in our system (who has already purchased an item/service from one of our clients) is purchasing an item/service from one of our other clients, in the initial email that we send we shouldn't ask them to signup again; instead we can just ask them to Sign in to there existing account to view or make payments. -In case a customer is purchasing product/service from two different clients. On the account landing page they should be provided with the information of both the purchase they have made, and when the customer clicks on one of the purchases they should be provided with detailed information regarding item, and payment processing.
