Poster - visualisation of a vision and strategy

Dear artist,
I am looking for a cartoonist/animator/visual artist that can help my team create a poster, which should incarnate the cultural change of our business unit.
The idea is to create the artifact that the marketing team can relate to when undergoing the change of ways of working.
What we need concretely:
- A person that can take input in form of key words and descriptive sentences and create a visual representation
- 3 review sessions of ~1h of the work for further input
- A final product which is a poster
Regarding timing then it would be great to have this completed by end-September.
Please let me know if this can be done and an estimation of the costs (as well as your pricing model)
