Optimising of 40 Photos for Webshop and Marketing (Photoshop)

We have had a photo shooting for our fashion brand. Unfortunately the photos are not well prepared. I am looking for a photoshop specialist to optimise the pictures for our shop-website as well as for marketing use.
Two different jobs:
1) There are 13 photos for the web shop (we need isolated pictures on white for web shop use (f.e. Amazon)
Model must be optimised the figure and skin. All pictures are too dark and must be optimised.
2) There are 27 photos as mood photos for our shop, online marketing, boxes etc. This photos should be made with a filter like on our current website. Please check website. We do not know the filter name. Please see files (sample: _74A8045)
All photos have to be cleaned the skin an optimised the quality with photoshop. To show the good products.
The models have to be optimised the figures.
The round dark areas at the bra have to be removed.
The general mood is natural and relaxed mood. It is a friends gathering with our ecological fair brand products.
