Ongoing Stock Art Creation

We are looking for artists to create fantasy and sci-fi stock art pieces. The initial commission is based on SMALL color pieces of art. See link for examples: [login to view URL]
We desire anywhere from 3-5 pieces per month and are including royalties ranging from 10-40% of every sale of your art based on negotiations.
The price is for the small pieces. When I can show management the project is income-generating, we can increase the budget to include larger pieces (which of course bring higher initial commission fees for the artist and results in higher royalties).
We require the signing of a contract (which includes royalty agreements etc).
For the above images linked on the initial phase of the project we are paying $10 per image (although we don’t expect them to be of the high quality in those images) with an estimated 15% royalties (negotiable). Once proven to be income generating, we anticipate increasing commission to $40 per image with an increase in royalties.
