one Pager with vertical and horizontal parallax scrolling

I attached a demo for what I need.

Here is NO Website DESIGN needed, this is only a TECHNICAL CASE STUDY!!

The demo file I attached is working well, but with some exceptions.

Major things:

We want the slides make use of the whole screen while they kept responsive (as here [login to view URL])

Not 4 backgrounds, just one (scrolling parallax).

Parallax scrolling not 2 layer only, we need 3 layer (as here [login to view URL])

Navigation should contain drop downs and should be able to scroll to each slide (means first down, then right or backwards as well).

And it should be vertically and horizontal (as here [login to view URL])

In Detail:

1. The idea is to have no parallax dividers ("Home" in this example) between sections.

2. also no different backgrounds for each of the 4 vertical sections

3. instead of it one large background which is going from top to bottom of one-pager. That is scrolling (slowly) with the whole page

4. content is scrolling in front and most quick because it´s near to your eyes

5. between content and back are headline which scrolling a bit slower compared to foreground and a bit faster as background. So we have a visual effect that they are staying between the content and the background.

6. If you reach a section you have arrows to the right. If you click on them from the right side is sliding content into the screen. (something as in demo and here [login to view URL])

7. The background should scroll very slight to the left here.

8. Headline should stay and move just a very little bit to the left

9. Subheadline scrolls in together with content in front

10. In each slide are buttons which opening a lightbox in front.

11. all has to be responsive and filling the screen as good as possible but not impossible to read on mobile phones

12. we need to have the ability to swipe on touch-screens to the next slide

13. Top navigation need to be fixed as in example and we should have a drop down, which let´s you navigate immediatly to each section.

To mention: background is just a replying pattern. So it would be possible to use as tile or as single graphics as well depending on what is best technical (fast, smooth scrolling, download-speed) solution

All files should be delivered with graphical and text placeholders. I´ll assist you with further mockups to tell you where the elements (headlines, content, buttons) should placed. All vertical slides can be identical. And all horizontal can be identical as well, but will be a bit different to vertical. So at all we´ll have abot 4 (identical) Slides vertical and for each one on the right side 9 (identical) horizontal Slides .

Please also send references, where you show, that you are able to go into such directions...
