Need a Joomla or Wordpress Website Built

I am looking for a website designer that can develop in Joomla or Wordpress, preferably Joomla. We are looking for someonento recreate this website with a modern and refreshed look but need to make sure all of the contact forms work well because thisnis personal information that is being collected.

The site will have the same or equivalent look and feel as now. A blog and facilities to add/ update is needed.

There are user extensions ie: [login to view URL] These extensions shall have customized contact information. All contact and form information will be forwarded to CCA and the agent. ** this means that agents can have their own customized page with the agents contact details on it.

You may fill out and test the system. Use the B2B in the payment section. CCA 1.

FORM USER PROCESS

User will access this form when they click on the “get started” button from the home page: [login to view URL] Once they do this, they will be able to fill out an application with the following sections and will be taken through the following process. The user will be able to electronically sign this application by submitting valid payment information and hitting the pre authorization and print button on the second page. After this happens, the user will get a print out with page breaks of different sections and both CCA and the agent will receive an e-mail of the application. All fields must be dummy proof so they cannot be submitted with blanks or errors.

First Page:

*Applicant Information – user fills out information in this section

*Current Mailing Address – user fills out information in this section

*Credit Report Information – user fills out information in this section

E-Commerce:

*User selects monthly service and isn’t charged until at least 30 days after service has started for the monthly options and charged immediately for the initial fee. Once user finishes application they will be authorized for the monthly fees but not charged until at least 30 days after the service has started from the application submission date.

Select Your Desired Monthly Service:

*Initial Consultation Fee - $150 (charged once application is submitted)

* Monthly Credit Bureau Audit all three bureaus - $69/mo

*Add creditor level letters and audits - $118/mo

*Add bi monthly accelerated service - $167/mo

*User can select which day of the month they would like to have payments charged to their credit card.

*We need to table with 1 – 28 days (user can select 1 of 28 days to be billed)

*User will be billed 1 month after chosen billing date.

Submit button – next page – E-mail sent to CCA and agent with user information.

Second Page:

*Review billing address or select for different address

*Select authorization method

*User enters card number and expiration date

*User selects Visa or Mastercard

*User clicks pre-authorize credit card and show application button (Once button is pushed, credit card is authorized for package amount and e-mail is sent to CCA and Agent with application)

*User is taken to the next page where the can print application with page breaks and electronic signature.

Pre-authorize print validate button – next page – User authorized $150 fee and authorized for other fees – E-mail sent to agent and CCA.

3) Page three is Service Agreement

4) Page four is payment schedule and client authorization information
