Maps for running competition on a vector

I have drawn courses for running on google maps, so the direction and courses are set.
You need to:
- Draw the courses on a vectorized map (open street map) - I will provide an example in chat
- Design a frame to make it look good after my specifications - I will provide color schemes
- Extended maps for other uses - I will explain in chat (only adding points)
I think there will be 6-10 maps in total with more if the cooperation goes well.
For the sake of simplicity I would like a price for each map so we can budget it accordingly.
