We are a boutique meadery (production of wines made 100% out of honey) located on the East coast, Northern NSW in Australia. We have started production (2 months ago) but our products are not on the market yet as it takes between 6months to a year for the wine to be ready to be bottled. Our products are inspired by the complexity and elegance of fine wines. We use the best quality ingredients and we prone minimal intervention on our wines to stay as close as possible to the honey - the hive - the bees. We use traditional and modern winemaking techniques to always craft something unique, complex, refined and approachable. We need a logo design and a name (that will also appear on all of our labels) representing the brand and the craftsmanship behind our products. We like the combination of a minimalist flat logo and a signature logo.(Perhaps with the name of our French winemaker) Our meadery will be designed taking inspiration from French and Italian wineries with a modern Australian twist, big spaces with lot of light. The name and the logo of the meadery has to represent the high end product (like premium wines on the market) and refer to the beautiful region where it's produced (tropical rain forest, wild coastal landscapes, amazing beaches and alternative towns like Byron Bay and Mullumbimby) Overall, the name and logo have to be classy, modern, wine inspired with Byron Bay Australia as the point of originality when compare to classic wineries.
