Helicopter image based on included design

Helicopter image of size 354 * 309 to be created based on the colour palette from the image attached. This image is something I've used as a placeholder so I can't use it in my game. I want something looking similar but not identical.
Size will need to be the same as I have it used twice in certain positions on the title screen. Background must be transparent and the image needs to be a PNG.
