Graphic designer requirement at Urbanroof:
We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
1. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
2. Develop UI and UX designs for interactive tools.
3. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
4. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
5. Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
6. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
Background:
1. Tools: Illustrator, Photoshop (Adobe Suite), CoralDRAW + Open source tools like Canva to design static & videos creatives for SMM.
2. Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality, with a user-system interaction mindset.
3. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
4. Experience as a graphic, UI, UX designer for more than 2 years + Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
5. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
6. Create key milestones and ability to meet deadlines.
Monthly Fixed Deliverables:
1. Social Media Graphics (Images/Posters/ carousals): 8 / Month
2. Short Videos using open source platforms like Canva: 4 / Month.

d) Story telling
e) Time lapse videos
3. Handbook layout / Infographics: 4 / Month
4. Landing pages: 2 / Month
5. Banner Ads: 2 / Month for website & social media
Project wise deliverables:
1. YouTube videos (Explainer)
2. Website design
3. UI/UX: Website, landing pages and applications
4. Presentation design / Brochure etc
5. Branding material such as Email templates, case study paper layout, letterheads etc
