Edit the Design of Our Service Page

We have service pages that are broken down into several sections. See [login to view URL]
We'd like to have an additional section added below our service capabilities table and above our sample clients. This section should show several blog posts.
- Show 3 or 4 blog posts in that section.
- Use colours from our theme so it fits in well with the rest of our website.
- Provide a "See more posts" link (or something like that) that allows users to click through to a full list of related blog posts (blog tags page).
We're open to additional thoughts on how to achieve this. Our overall goal is to make our service pages more content rich. These pages are mainly meant to be a starting point for new users to the site.
After we've received the design, we'll pass it to a Drupal developer that will implement it.
