Digital Signage for realestate template creation.

Hello. We are looking to hire a freelancer for ongoing work in creation of content for Digital Signage. Digital Signage is using high definition televisions and other displays in place of traditional signs in public places. Digital Signage includes still images and slides, animations, video and audio. We are seeking a freelancer who can create templates for still images and animations. We are also seeking a freelancer who can edit video and cleanup and edit audio. We may hire more than one freelancer. Examples of digital signage can be found at these links: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Digital signage can be on one display or many, and often many displays are located side by side so may behave as one single screen. The first task is creation of templates for real estate digital signage. This would include replications of traditional shop front windows with many properties displayed along with price and information like this example. [login to view URL] The difference would be that each property would cycle through several images and the text can scroll if required. We also need a whole screen template for a single property that would include images panning\zooming ken burns style and include text overlays of features. The templates can be created in any software, but must be easy to update from our end. The software can output a video file, but we are also open to ideas of good ways to do this. Currently we use Rise Vision ([login to view URL]) for controlling out digital signage, which is free for the initial packages so you may want to look at that, but we are also open to any ideas. The successful freelancer will have strong communications skills above all else. Any experience with digital signage is a huge advantage. This may result in ongoing, regular work.
