Design a Owl Head T-Shirt

I would like to create a design for the front of a t-shirt that would fill up about 15x15 inches. The design is to be two colors, and I need the image to be grouped together so that I can change these colors with very little experience in Illustrator. This will be printed on black shirts so I would like the design to be white and red, or white and blue, or white and light brown. I need the files in illustrator and Photoshop format. The idea, as the title suggests, is the head of an owl. I would like the design to be based off of the pictures attached. It is important to note that this is for a mens clothing line, so nothing too feminine in the design. As you can see by the pictures I am not looking for much color, most of it is linework. The picture of an owl head shows the main idea, however, I want the bottom of the design to be more rounded. Also, please attach two roses, one on each side of the owl head, with the words "Oblivious Threads" inbetween them. I would like the head of the owl to be wearing something similar (a headdress) to what the cartoon indian is wearing in one of the pictures. The design must be symmetrical!! so it must be showing the owl face-on.
If you accept this project, I will have a contract for you to sign that gives me all the rights to the design, and lets me do as I please with it after.
