Greetings from Northern NSW! I have taken a look at your sample images, and I really like the concept of the rhino you are going for. However I'd like to say that I do not think that such a complex style would make a good logo. In my years of experience I have come to understand a lot about what makes a good logo, and I feel that something so heavily rendered would not look so great. A logo in general is going to be viewed at a small size, and as such something super detailed will look a little blurry or be hard to "read", and you want your logo to be easily and immediately recognisable. What I propose for this project is that I take the concepts and aesthetic and simplify it into something more suited to a logo. Mainly line based and maybe 2 or 3 colours. I believe that I can most certainly make you a bad ass looking rhino mascot along the lines of the sample images, but more suited to logo. Also my logo would be well suited to work wear embroidery/screen printing, if work uniforms would be a consideration. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss this any further.
