Create Author-Focused Parent Theme for WordPress, Plus Ongoing Support

We need a well-built, responsive WordPress theme that showcases multiple authors and allows for customizing content on the homepage—almost like a magazine style, but less flashy than all those magazine themes that are currently out there. Ideally we're looking for a developer who could not only create this parent theme but could also create many child themes based on it, and work with us on an ongoing basis to further customize the individual blogs and create many more new ones over time. We're not looking for amateurs, we need someone (or alternatively a tiny web firm) who has a keen and versatile design sense and is a whiz with template development.
