Hi there, I want to talk for a couple of hours over Skype about the best approach to building a website. The selected consultant must: - Be fluent in English - Have Skype - Have diverse CMS experience (i.e. can suggest whether to build something from cratch / or discuss pros and cons of alternative CMSs and how they might work) - Know PHP - Know about databases (MySQL preferred) - Have suggestions for building multi-region/multi-language website - Have working knowledge of responsive design During the call - I'll share mock-ups of the website, databases, etc. The website will be a comparison website (lots of products, lots of fields, etc)... So knowledge in how to work with large data sets in a scalable manner is needed. Thank you
