Build a Website for providing training courses

The website is aimed to do the following:
1) provide information about different courses available
2) provide a calendar for available training dates for each course
3) ability to enrol into a training
4) ability to make payment - world wide payment gateway integration (including paypal)
5) ability to display training content (doc + videos) to users who have enrolled into the course. The training content will be uploaded into AWS and the website needs to fetch this and display to users.
6) Users who enrol should have an My account section where they can see the course content and other information
7) Admin should be able to add/remove/modify course from a UI(backend)
8) Admin should be able to see complete student information from the backend
9) Admin should be able to configure training calendar from the backend.
