Objectives of Website:
The objective of the website is to assist clients to understand the company services and be able to direct the clients to the company with and easy to use forms.
Scope of the Work:
The scope of work is to develop and build new website using the latest joomla CMS along with RocketTheme template.
* To install Joomla 3.X to the existing hosting via Godaddy.
* To apply download and apply Rocket Theme template (Interstellar) [[login to view URL]]
* To study and prepare a sitemap based on an existing website. [ [login to view URL] ]
* Extract the text and the contents from the above mentioned website.
* Provide a relevant images were applicable that will support the website presence.
* upload the images and the text based on the final sitemap to the new website.
* Ensure the meta-data have been implemented thoroughly across the website pages
* Develop Request Forms as per [ [login to view URL] ]
* Replicate the functional features as per the above mentioned website such as the contact us form and module.
* Testing
* Ensure the website speed performance is optimized.
* Submit the website to all main search-engines
* Improve the SEO and the search -engine presence.
* Enable the website for multi-language, however in this project the website will be in English only
Timeline and Work Period of Performance:
The website shall be live before the 28 of May 2016.
Experience and Qualifications:
* The freelancer shall be a senior experience qualified web developer.
* A minimum of five (5) years of recent experience & demonstrated superior knowledge, skills, and abilities in web-development using Joomla CMS
* A well familiar with implementing and configuring Rocket Theme template
* Contents editor
* Experience in SEO optimization
* Experience in Project management.
* Demonstrate a minimum of 5 websites that had been completely developed by the freelancer.
Payment Terms will be proposed as following:
* 10% upon kick-off the project
* 5% after the Technical installation of Joomla CMS and the template.
* 5% after finalizing and approving the sitemap
* 10% after providing the contents along with the relevant images
* 50% after the testing is finalized.
* 20% after 2 month from going live to ensure the SEO optimization is successfully done.
