Build a Dynamic Website (Portal)

One of our client wants to make a website which serves Students, Teachers and Schools. It acts as an agency helping students find teachers online, Teachers find students and Schools find Teachers. There would be three different kind of sign ups. There will be 3 dashboards for Students, Teachers and Schools. It is generally a forum with elements of social media. It is a freemium site which allows extra services for a fee. Student Student members sign up to look for tutors or find schools in their area. -They can post on forum (1): Looking for tutors. -They can also see all the profiles which are signed up as school-users, if the location they input matches the location of the school. School Schools can sign up to have their schools seen by students in their area, and to advertise for teachers. -They can post on a forum (2): Looking for teachers. Instructor Instructors can find students to tutor or look for schools where they can teach. -They can reply to posts on forum (1): Looking for tutors. -They can view posts on forum (2): Looking for teachers.
