Build a business website

We require a fully functioning website which is easy and quick loading for ease of use for our customers. This website must be responsive to all platforms like mobile, desktops, tablet, laptop etc. Our business is in the DJ industry mostly weddings & birthdays not night clubs. We are based in Sydney, NSW, Australia and want appropriate SEO content embedded into the site. We are happy to provide keywords if needed and descriptions for meta tags etc. We wish to have a products page so we will need a very simple shopping cart, this is a one page thing only. We have a strong idea of design style we like and can provide an example of layout for the homepage to get started. We require the following pages Home, about us, services (with a drop down box with links to wedding, birthday, corporate, school formal), contact us, FAQ's, gallery, links, e-books, competitions, testimonials. Each tab will only have one page of content. Site map, social media links and any additionals will be needed for SEO. We also need this to be set up on our web host obviously. We require a Joomla based up to date site. We require someone with creativity, attention to detail, can follow instructions and will work quickly. We want this to be done well and fairly quickly.
