I need an autoresponder landing page finalized and tested for compatibility with browsers and mobile.
The basic landing page is at [url removed, login to view]
It needs to have the form built correctly to validate the fields prior to submission and to acknowledge the submission after completion.
The page should be truncated to just below the picture, removing the content below.
I also need a series of email templates built to match into the landing page.

This needs to be made compatible with major email clients including mobile devices.
In addition, I need this template redone to match the landing page above.
