New HTML/CSS Website template

we provide websites for rental homes and we want offer some extra template designs. Currently we have just 1 design (in 4 colors). The template links to our CMS system and backend SQL database to deliver pictures, text and quote values. You can see one of our sites here..

Ive also attached the HTML/CSS/Scripts and notes.

This project is to deliver a new template (colours, skins, styles, buttons) and you can modify the layout but each page must contain the current CMS content structure (as we cant move content between pages.)

Ive also attached an explanation about what we want with notes from our developers. All pages as shown to be included in the new style.

We need it to look fresher, cleaner, more modern, I quite like this site as an idea and I like the way the background bleeds across the full browser view.

Keep in mind mobile browser compatibility.

This project is to deliver 1 new template for our developers to deploy, but we will need lots of templates from you and we want to work for many years with just 1 company who will own our template development side. I expect we will want to developer 100 or so templates.

The best way to engage would be to go to the [login to view URL] and send us a mockup of what you think you could do to improve this site with your new template ideas. Also please tell us if you think you can deliver more than one colour or version for this first project budget.
