FILM FX - Fix Glitches in footage

I have video footage shot on HDV that has a few glitches in it. I need them to be FX'ed out, Photoshop, after effects, rotoscoping, whatever it takes to make the footage look good.
I also have a few shots where I need to remove the silhouette of my DP in a reflection.
