I need a web form with the following six input fields: - city - feed - beds - baths - price ...and a submit button. When the user submits the form, it generates a URL string using the values for each of the completed fields and takes the user to the generated URL. The "city" field is a dropdown field. The values for this field should be: "A", "B", and "C". The "feed" field is hidden from the user. The value for this field needs to be generated on submit based on the value the user provided for the city field. If the user selects "A" for the city, the feed value should be "1". If the user selects "B" or "C" for the city, the feed value should be "2".
