Something like HITBTC.COM for STOCK

Hi, i'm planning to get my CSC in the next year & i would like to start my new career as a broker in the big way by offering something new. I have a idea of something similar of HITBTC where there is CAD as basic currency and all others are Stock ticker that i can add/remove manually. In every Stock, users can exchange them with % fee (I think i will take 5%) but they also able to buy/sell it from/to me (As a Canadian recognized broker.) with no fees at the price that i set manually every time i want. You can also feel free to take inspiration from the Steam Market for the inter-user-exchange. There is also a logo, a name, a short description, listed market & submarket (TSX/ENERGY) (Can have many market & many submarket show as this : "TSX/ENERGY, TSX/OIL, TSX/GAZ, NYSE/ENERGY"), Book price by share that i set manually as explained before, SEDAR/EDGAR link, Corp investor website, Quantity of share (Google/yahoo finance API ?), Earning per share (SAME), Dividend per share (SAME). On account side, i need to allow client to change his personals information, contact me by chat (Live support/Email), MP other clients, view transaction list with fees (if apply), view portfolio(inventory/wallet), list/screen available stock(screening with name, market & submarket, book price per share, inter-user bid, inter-user ask, earning per share & dividend per share) & suggest/vote for new stock(3 step, "proposition" where i receive the propositions form client & make sure the corporation exist & respect my requirements (The client need to enter a valid google/yahoo stock ticker to avoid duplication & system need to remember that i rejected a corporation), "spreading" where client show their interest by voting, "Investing" is the phase where client put money to ask for the stock at the price that i set (Book price by share) & wait a few days/weeks to make sure it's worth the buy/integration (Client can't access money invested here until i cancel the proposal, when i cancel, i can chose to return to voting step or to remove it completely as a corporation that would be rejected at step 1) I don't need any money transaction system, withdraw & deposit will be in trust at an Canadian financial institution. Adding money to website will be made manually & will apply fee (Plan 0.05% for deposit & 0.1% for withdraw (Minimum 1$)) I will need to receive by email every x hours(I also need to be able to set from 1 hour to 168 hours) a backup of the DataBase to avoid nasty things & a way to upload it back easily. Password & email need to be encrypted, every thing else doesn't need to be private. Login is made with First Name, Last name, email & password (4 security & the three firsts aren't case sensitive (I can answer ErIC instead of Eric, eric, Éric or ERIC ;) ) It's need to support the fr_CA, en_CA, en_GB... standard for multilingual... Must allow to be installed on a sub domain/folder ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) Must be SSL ready.
