This project is for 2 separate designs, please only bid understanding 2 different designs are needed. Single Page Website Design (Real Estate): The first design is just a single page website design, it will show our clients logo and a large picture area that can flip through 2-5 photos (with thumbnails), will also include a small text area, a contact form, and an embedded "Google Maps" map with a pin on the address of the property we are displaying the photos for. This will have to be easily editable so we can use this template for many different properties). Landing Page: We need a basic landing page (lead capture) designed that will include a contact form to collect lead information, I will provide all of the info for the page as well as photos, just need it nicely organized and you must have experience designing landing pages as the placement of certain elements is very important. Looking to get both of these projects done quickly so as soon as I see the right person I will choose them.
