Redesign, extent and develop a website in Wordpress

For an existing website I need a new design including development in Wordpress. The website has four main focus topics that all need to have pages and subpages developed and designed. Besides these special "focus topics the following general CMS pages need to be included: - Home - About - Terms of Use - Privacy Policy - Advertise (with contact box) - Write for us (with contact box) - Contact (with contact box) All the above pages, together with the complete website, should be clean, crispy and appealing. General requirements: - SEO Optimized - Logical url structures, titles and meta’s based on a standard format given by me. - Fully responsive for all browsers and devices - For each part the correct [login to view URL] rich snippets integrated - Full social media integration (share, like etc) -> Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram. - User login so they can post comments, like stuff and share it - Maximum load time per page 2 seconds - Full admin control - Full copyright rights for client (me) - Integrate ads as I please - Functionality to put banners on specific pages only - User friendly design. Users should be able to easily manage through the complete website - Focus should be on the advertisements listed - Appealing blog structure - Usability of the theme on multiple domains - Doing the standard Wordpress updates without any problems or issues.
