Looking for EComerce Catalyst Template developer

- Adobe Business Catalyst template There will be a login provision for individual users, where they register and upload their details. Once their profile is created, they complete a questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, they can apply to get an offline service completed. There will be a provision to track the service to completion. There should be an API to link out all the user information to an external database on a need-by basis. The external website should have static text, in additon to the login facility. There should be a provision to add in news articles and a blog, without programatic additon. I have the design outlines, it's mainly a matter of implementation. I'm attaching a series of mockups, collated from other websites that we need to emulate. We might need to change the workflows a bit, but the rules are relatively straighforward. Could you provide a work breakdown structure, along with costing as part of a proposal as soon as possible? I'd be happy to walk through the proposal, and review. Please keep in mind, this could be a part of a long term gig. I've worked with BC before, but with the rest of BD, I simply dont have the time to develop this on my own, that's why I'm posting this job. We could start as soon as we have fit. I also need to know how you are planning to adapt the requirements to Business Catalyst functionality. All this needs to be accomplished inside BC.
