Drupal Expert needed Various tasks

Need a calendar where as people can book a appointment Something like booking time slot module or ? _> we should be able to add available time slots to calendar a user should be able to book them. Rooms module? We are a tax service and we need people to book a appointment to have their taxes done once the appointment is booked it will be unavailable, user will be notified X amount of time before appointment. Need a way to have Clients that we manage payroll services for they want to be able to have their employees login and get their paycheck stubs.. So we need a document management system with individual group access We also need our tax clients to be able to upload tax documents and manage them from their account control panel. When you place your bid state what modules you think can do these functions and why you think they are best. State your experience with drupal we are looking for a expert drupal developer who can set this up fast, we ourselves are beginners at drupal and have already created the site and installed alot of modules. We can most likely set this up ourselves but figured it would go faster and make more sense to hire a expert to help us, instead of studying all the possibilities then trying to figure out how to configure them and tie it all together therefore if your not a drupal expert and you dont already know what your approach will be please dont bid. Due to the overwhelming amount of fraudulent freelancers on this site there will be absolutely NO UPFRONT PAYMENT- NO DOWNPAYMENT - NO MILESTONES created unless we see some progress first. Just fired another guy on this site for taking a job and not starting the work and had to go through a long dispute process to get my money back. If you bid X amount of hours then thats how long it should take you, we will require you to use time tracker and we will not pay to have you sit around and play videos games while your suppose to be working. No time wasters dont try to milk the job. I expect fast work and will not pay for someone to sit there and study google about modules and such If you dont have a plan of attack and know how to execute it to produce the results I want dont bother bidding on this project. I want a knowledgeable drupal developer who already knows what modules to use knows how to configure them and knows how to tie it all together to do what i want it to do. Basically I do not want to pay for someone to learn or to experiment. No progress ='s No pay
