Create a PHP Custom Team Management Script ASAP

I want a PHP expert who can develop a custom Team Management Script for my company management.

I need the following features:

Separate login for team member(employee) and admins (director of company).

Admin Must be able to Create Tasks and sub tasks and assign them to team members.

Admin Must be able to create to do list for members.

Admin must be able to send messages to members to their email and account dashboard.

Admin must be able to set deadline for the task completion.

Admin must be able to define renumeration/perks for the employee.

Member must be able to update the progress on tasks, upload files/documents on the task page.

Member must be able to send message to admin.

Member must be able to edit his profile and request money request.

Live Chat & Meeting Panel

All Members and Admin can chat together for live chat meeting.

Admin and Member can see each other who is online.

API Integrations:

Integrate SMS Api so tht I can send SMS to users. (I will provide API)

Suggestion Panel:

Member can give suggestions to admin.

Contact Manager:

Admin can add contacts with name, email, phone and address.

Admin can send email to the contacts.

And Main thing is user friendly and eye catchy design..... Various scripts are available on [url removed, login to view] from $20-50 that all powerful but i don't want to go ahead with them. I want the above features only.

Please bid only if you can provide me exact i want. Don't waste time if you can't do.
