'For Sale' Sign Design (Copy / Duplication)

I'm looking for an easy going & talented graphics designer to create new real estate 'for sale' signage.

You would copy an existing design and create new versions for this project.

For the finished product you'd deliver several photoshop (un-flattened layers) and print-ready pdf's of essentially the same

design. More specifically: 24"w x 36"h (x2 - reverse colours like sports teams), 36"w x 32"h (x2 -

reverse colours again), 24"w x 12"h (x2 - one version, reversed direction arrows), 24"w x 18"h (x2 -

one version, reversed direction arrows), 24"w x 12"h (x2 - reverse colours again).

I have the font and colours I want to use. You bring the talent & creativity.

I'm looking for someone who can duplicate the background from the sign in the attached file - except

in colour. There are always a lot of freelancers bidding on these jobs, so to help me choose the right person

please attach a small graphics file with that kind of a background - so I know you know what I'm looking for

and we can start right away.
