New Logo and ebay listing template

This is a pretty straight forward project.
Requirements..;
1) New logo for our ebay store which will also be used for our soon to be launched .[url removed, login to view] ecommerce site.
Logo should be provided in photoshop and .jpg formats
We retain copyright ownership of logo.
Logo should be suitable for suitable for use in a website banner and at the bottom of photo product images in ebay.
Large and small versions of it can be provided for these purposes if required.
2) A listing template for our ebay store.
This should appear very professional and promote our business as a professional high volume ebay store.
An example of what we are looking for is something like the link below... but something even nicer would be ideal.

Specific requirements for the template include
* Include a banner at the top of listing that includes logo created
* Menu items at the the top of each item with links to 'Contact Us', 'About Us', 'Testimonials', 'Payment', 'Shipping' etc. Some of these will direct the user to a point within the listing e.g. Shipping information, others will direct users to another link within our ebay store.
* Mouse-over images near the top of the listing (like those in the example above).
* An attractive 'Why buy from us section within the template' ... we will supply the dot points
* Item name for the listed item displayed prominently at the top of the listing using ebay tag
* Template must not violate ebay policies on template design
* A great professional design!
3) Update up to 20 html listings to be use the template that you have created for us
We will provide the existing html files for these listings. You then provide the html files back to us in the new template format.
