Need logo design for site and business branding

Hi

I am looking for a good graphic designer, to design logo

for branding my site, and business

I am looking for something relecting the 1940's /50's America era

of pop art..

Nice warm happy family feel!, easily identifiable, lots of smiles and teeth ....cartoon style

The slogan = Genuine people , Fair trade , Real deals!!

Key colour tones = Orange,LightBlue,White

Needs to be distinctive

This will be used in

-I need a logo for the site

-Letter Head

-Business card

-Flyers etc

Need the image in various sizes in computer format, so it can be easily used

and given to printing companis etc, also some variations on the same theme

I also need some round/oval shaped buttons also for webpage nice and clean..with a picture of a Telephone Old style / Mail envelope /, moderatly large easy to read

I need full copyright to the work

I am flexible and open to suggestion, but need someone good that understands what i mean

There may be something i have forgotten, but we can disccuss that if needed

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
