Brochure and menu design

For a customer of ours we need some new design for a brochure and a menu. There are a few changes that need to be made due to new owners and a new company name. All mentions of Napoleon is to be changed with Blue Corner. The new owner also wants a theme that is more "blue" and that do not have flowers in it. The customer still wants the menu and the brochure to contains images of the food(If you don't have any photos that can be used we can provide this or you can just add a sample image inside the clipping path so we can change it). Another change is an addition of a dish under "Fiske Retter" in both the brochure and the menu, this means that you will have to change the menu number of the remaining items/dishes. The file should be a .ai(CS 5 compatible) file that we can easily edit if needed. The person and/or company that get the job will get additional information of other minor changes that they need to change. See attached PDFs for more info about what the project involves. The size of the finished products are as follows: Brochure: A4 trifolded brochure(m65) 297x210mm. Menu: The size of each menu page is 297x210mm(A4)
