redraw some images to cartoon vectors

i have 4 photos , its urban buildings, i want to include these images in kids app, but first we should convert these images from a photo, to cartoon vector image, example :

thats what i'm looking for, make my photos same these buildings , same colours also.
i already bought this image in eps format from 123rf, and i'll send it to you to replace current buildings with the one you will redraw.

please redraw , don't image trace , i don't want it 100% same, but at least if you look at new images, it will be same cartoon images.
