Magento Theme installation and other changes

I have a magento site and have bought the magento fashion mart theme from cmssmart.net. The site i have is [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] they both work from separate magento admin. i want it to work from one admin panel. I need a freelancer to do the following tasks: 1st convert my existing website [login to view URL] to work as multi website structure. 2nd set up my another domain ([login to view URL]) to work as another website on multi site structure. 3rd I want my store ([login to view URL]) to show the retail prices and the website will be for the public to view and buy the stuff online and i want the ([login to view URL]) to work as a wholesale website. so, the registered users can only see the prices after successful login. 4th i want footer at the bottom of the page to be changed to my required footer on both sites. 5th I need logos on both website to be changed to reflect the both brands. The work needs to be done by latest tomorrow. the budget for this task is maximum $30. of you need more than that, please do not bod and waste your time and my time.
