Need Android App Graphical Design + Application Icon Design

Very simply put, I need a graphical design made for an android app. In other words, an application graphical design template. I also need the application icon designed as well.

I have a final sketch of what i would like it to resemble (the template). No coding is needed, this is just the graphical portion.

I will show you my sketch on request. Serious bidders only, and I am looking for this to be prepared fairly quickly.
