58824 Photo manip and general work

Hi there, I am looking for a photoshop (Or in fact any tool of your choice) expert that has some time on their hands to do some tedious work. I have exactly 146 (mostly) hi-res photos in JPG format at an average of about 1MB per image. The TOTAL size of all 146 images is 101MB. I need someone with a lot of time on their hands to: Crop each image and resize and optomize each image as I will be getting them printed onto normal size photos. I will need each image to have a white border/frame like: [login to view URL] Or [login to view URL] With a description of the image below it. (This will be the image name less the .jpg) And I would like maybe a few like this, maybe 4 or 5 (Although not necessary): [login to view URL] Finally, I would like the photos touched up a little to make the skin on each person look non-blemished, although not overdone. This is touch work and each one needs to be done individually. I COULD do this myself so I know exactly how hard of a job it is. If anyone is interested, I think I have outlined clearly exactly what I want, so please let me know how much you can do it for as well as how long you think it will take. Payment will be via PAYPAL only PS: please , at least show me ONE photo you have done in your gallery. I dont want this done by a pixel artist or a flash GUI designer!
