Google Text To Speech

I create website marketing videos for our clients. I have generally used professional native english speaking voiceover talent for the audio sound tracks. However I would prefer to make use of speech-to-text technology and have been trialling various services such as Speechelo, etc.
I would like to test out Google's API as it seems to offer infinite variation (if you know how to handle the backend coding!... which is a bit above my paygrade... LOL). I had a 90 day trial last year, but eventually gave up in frustration due to lack of coding skills and understanding.
I am looking to trial the Google text-to-speech API again but am looking for a person with experience in using and coding Google APIs.
This would not be a large project, as I am looking for an experienced person to setup the initial API, and I would pay for the hour(s) used for that. Plus, I suspect I would need some ongoing consultation and assistance from time to time with customising the voices, speed, tempo, quality, etc.
I know this is a very small project, but I would be interested if there is anybody out there with experience in using this Google text-to-voice API.
