Get buyers for home

I am looking for somebody to get leads to buy a residential home in Mankundu, Hooghly District, West Bengal, India. This is a home built on 3 kattha freehold land and can be used by developers to build multi-storeyed apartments.

A valid lead is defined as follows:

1. Only corporate developers/construction companies who have done construction projects in the past (anywhere in India). Buyer must be able to provide proof of past developments.

2. Buyer must be willing to pay cash for property. They must have ready cash to pay for home.

3. Certain buyers may be ineligible. If so, their names will be made available to freelancer prior to project start. These buyers must not be contacted.

4. Brokers/middlemen are ineligible.

The freelancer will have to find and contact potential buyers, and if above conditions are satisfied, contact information will be sent to me. Possible means of finding buyers is via websites like magicbricks and 99acres etc, but it's completely unto the freelancer.

More details will be provided prior to start of project.

Payment is as follows:

1300 INR (Indian Rupees) per valid lead.

Maximum of 5 valid leads. No payment for more than 5 leads.

If a deal is struck, and the buyer referred by freelancer buys the home, an additional cash bonus of 5000 INR will be paid. Note, this cash will be disbursed only after buyer pays completely for property.

3. Freelancer must talk to potential buyers and make sure they show some interest in doing this deal. Buyers who do not show interest are not eligible.

Time limit of this project is 3 calendar weeks from day project is awarded.
