Flash photo gallery creation - I have design, just need you to build!

Creation of a flash photo gallery that is divided into 3 main categories with 12 - 15 pages TOTAL. The functionality and layout of the photo gallery will be almost exactly like that of [login to view URL] but the graphical look will be completely different. I will send you a layout of the design (graphics), so that all you need to do is copy and build. I will provide with all final photos (edited and sized). Must be able to show examples of work. Payment by escrow. I manage many websites and am also looking for a long term partner in flash design work for small and large projects. This is a flash only project. Please do not bid if you cannot complete this project in under 30 days.
