Dynamic XML Menu

I need to have our flash menu converted over to a XML menu that will pull from a PHP file for its xml, this will be a dynamic menu, built for a Joomla site. The php file is done and working, all we need is someone to be able to handle the flash part of this project, read xml and display menu.

We would also like to have the menu have active state where if url Itemid = item's id then make active.

We have a working menu in flash how we want it animated, please see the attached [url removed, login to view] file, I will also attach the [url removed, login to view], you can see a sample of the xml in the attached [url removed, login to view] file.
