519453 Hotel Website

We are looking for someone to build a website for our two Indigo Hotels (part of IHG brand operated under franchise). This site should mainly be a presentational site showing and describing the two hotels(needs also to be multilingual). For reservation a link should transferee the customer to IHG booking service (requirement from IHG). The look and feel of the sight should be smart, modern, boutique. It's important that the sight of cause uses the Indigo logos and colours provided by IHG and follow their standards. Needs a CMS system we can maintain (easy & logical). Web search optimisation is a must – high ranking on various search engines.

Requirements:

CMS should be based on Drupal.

Multilingual website (in 3 languages plus the possibility to add more).

All pages must be able to be customised later through CMS incl. pictures, text, links and files).

Must be able to add submenus and pages within CMS.

Activate/deactivate menus within CMS.

Change/activate/deactivate booking widget.

Possibility to activate/deactivate [url removed, login to view] widget on front-page (home 1/home2))

Possibility to activate/deactivate Facebook, Twitter, Flicker links on pages)

Booking widget based on IHG booking system (see: [url removed, login to view])

Ability to upload files for download/viewing (pdf).

Site must be compatible with all browsers (Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Crome, etc.)

No flash use html 5 instead.

Must be mobile compatible

A mobile simplified version of site must also exist. ([url removed, login to view])

High ranking on various search engines.
