Flash Animated 2-4 min video

Hello, we are looking for someone to create an animated short 2-4 minute video. The video, as to use appealing animated characters and strong visuals. We will provide the storyboard. There will be about 3 main characters. We will only select from those that can show examples of previous work that is similar to what we are looking for.
