Bithday design

I am looking for a an "Happy Birthday" Design. (One page is enough but make some space of dynamical content)

I have the dutch name "gelukkigeverjaardag.com" and I want to make an happy site where people can find idea's about what to buy and what to do on a birthday.

The design have to be sliced into HTML using DIV

You only make a chance to win this project if you can provide me a mockup (it can be a rough one) of what I can espect of the final result.
