284981 Flash 8 to xhtml w3c compliant

i have a requirment to translate a basic (Adobe Flash) website template i have just purchased into a template that is xhtml/css based. within the template i have all 60mb of flash source files, and psd source files. a live version of the template can be found at this location. [login to view URL] i would like you to convert each current page within the template to the new xhtml/css template, with the end result being each new page looking the same as the flash template. i require that the new template is standards compliant; eg; it passes the w3c xhtml strict validator, the css version 2 validator, and conforms to the w3c accessiblity guidelines. the 6 pages to convert are; 1. landing page (which is only shown when the site first opens) 2. contacts page 3. tickets page 4. mixes page 5. parties page 6. about us page I would still like to maintain some of the flash animation features. These include the intro movie, the animated woman/starts on the left of the template and the audio player in the top right. The key elements i would this leaves to convert to xhtml/css compliant are the navigation header, and the content boxes that are contained on the right of the template and the pop-up window. You will find that the pop-up window can be lauched from some pages to contain text/content which is to large to fit into the main template page. I will maintain a website using this template. so the design should use meaningful names for all the xhtml name elements and the css class elements created to build the template. it should also be easy for me to just change the site branding (the non-stop nightclub logo in the top left of the template and on the women's shirt)
