The team i managed were Cash application, lease origination, AML, Account maintenance assets disposition. Providing innovative solutions, daily connect to improve the team efficiency, online & class room training varying from basic excel, presentation, client management, Lean & six sigma to improve overall business outcome. Daily, weekly & monthly reporting to onshore & offshore stakeholders & analysis the performance & business efficiency. Apart from the daily responsibilities i was actively involved in multiple project ranging from data analysis, system migration, business standardization, process improvement.
Expert Computer Skill:- Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, & VBA.
Lean & six sigma expert with ARM certification.
I am fairly new in the "online work world", but you can have my words for my productivity, knowledge & work. It would be of a premium class.
