I am an expert in the subject of Venture Finance (e.g, pre-seed, seed and Series A financing from third parties, including angels, venture capital firms and other sources), with 30 years experience as an investor, entrepreneur, company advisor and securities lawyer. I want to give back and share what I have learned to help entrepreneurs learn how to get access to capital faster and better. I have created two professionally produced video masterclasses, and I would like to find someone to be my research assistante do market research (online and offline) and content creation to be used in creating high quality materials. The content will be English, but the audience will be global. This is intended to help entrepreneurs all over the world, but especially in North America, Europe and Australasia. We are looking to create and curate resources, including downloadable checklists, templates, agreements and directories of relevant organizations and third party resources. This project would be perfect for a student (especially students who are interested in innovation, entrepreneurship and Venture Capital), with strong preference for JD (law) or MBA (business) students currently enrolled or recently graduated.
